This condition arises as an adaptive response of the myocardium to chronic ischemia, leading to a persistent reduction in contractile function while preserving cellular viability. Unlike infarcted myocardial tissue, hibernating myocardium retains the potential for functional recovery if adequate reperfusion is achieved through timely and appropriate interventions. The article explores the underlying molecular and metabolic mechanisms of HM, highlights the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging techniques for its identification, and discusses contemporary treatment modalities, including
pharmacological approaches and revascularization strategies. Additionally, the potential role of novel therapeutic agents, such as neprilysin inhibitors, in improving myocardial perfusion and function is examined, underscoring the need for further research to optimize clinical management of patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and heart failure.
2025-05-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British Viewhttps://britishview.co.uk/index.php/bv/article/view/320CHANGES IN THE STRENGTH PROPERTIES OF THE PROCESSED MATERIAL DURING THE DEFORMATION PROCESS2025-02-18T15:33:20+00:00Akbarjon Jumaevinfo@britishview.co.ukShokhrukh Jakhonovinfo@britishview.co.ukMirzahmad Dadayevinfo@britishview.co.ukAzimjon Pardaev info@britishview.co.uk
The article provides information on the main factors that determine the quality of parts during mechanical processing. According to it, the durability of cutting tools is mainly considered in the process of processing parts, that is, in general, the service life of the tool depends on the cutting conditions, high-precision design of geometric parameters, thermal conditions in the cutting zone, and other parameters. Factors that significantly affect durability are the hardness and stress state of the workpiece material. The results of research have been published, which show that when all of the above factors are met, the possibilities of increasing the service life of cutting tools are improved.
2025-02-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British Viewhttps://britishview.co.uk/index.php/bv/article/view/336The Post-war Works of Heinrich Böll and the Questions of Humanism 2025-05-08T18:06:44+00:00Khasanova Musallam Muminovna info@britishview.co.uk
The article analyzes the views of the writer and Nobel Prize winner Heinrich Böll, who was considered the “Conscience” of the German people, on the
issues of man and conscience, and how humanity is tested in the most difficult times, in his work. The results showed that as atherosclerosis progressed, vitamin D levels decreased, reaching a minimum on the 60th day of the experiment (4.9 ± 0.5 ng/ml). In animals that received Levazo, vitamin D levels increased, whereas in groups treated with Thiocin, its levels decreased. However, higher doses of Thiocin (70 mg/kg) improved liver function, which contributed to better vitamin D metabolism. The combined administration of Levazo and Thiocin partially prevented the decline in vitamin D levels. Thus, statins may reduce vitamin D levels, but Thiocin, due to its hepatoprotective effect, partially compensates for this effect. Therefore, the combination of statins and Thiocin may be more effective in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
2025-04-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British Viewhttps://britishview.co.uk/index.php/bv/article/view/328Accounting for the Istisna agreement in financial institutions 2025-03-28T15:33:20+00:00Batirova Nilufar Sherkulovnainfo@britishview.co.uk
This article recognizes istisna, which is one of the methods of financing in financial organizations and banks, the conditions for its implementation, as well as its essence. Originally derived from the Greek "periodos,"
meaning a complete circuit or cycle, the term evolved within classical rhetoric to denote a structurally complete sentence composed of balanced clauses. This paper explores the etymology of "period" as a syntactic construction, its historical development through classical, medieval, and modern linguistic traditions, and its structural characteristics in English. Additionally, this study compares the "period" with the "prosaic stanza," another form of extended syntactic construction, highlighting their functional similarities and differences in shaping textual cohesion and rhetorical effectiveness.
2025-03-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British Viewhttps://britishview.co.uk/index.php/bv/article/view/324Reforming Global Food Security Governance: a Coordinated Approach to Addressing Nutritional Challenges, Market Instability, and Environmental Sustainability 2025-03-22T15:44:27+00:00Li Marina Rudolfovnainfo@britishview.co.ukRomashkin Roman Anatolyevichinfo@britishview.co.ukTsoy Marina Petrovnainfo@britishview.co.ukSagdullaeva Gulnora Botirovnainfo@britishview.co.uk
Long-term food security and nutrition face serious challenges due to factors such as population growth, environmental pressures, and evolving agricultural
business models influenced by global value chains. The study included 74 people divided into three groups: patients with CKD, patients with chronic inflammatory kidney disease without signs of CKD, and healthy individuals. It has been shown that patients with CKD have significant changes in the lipid spectrum towards atherogenic dyslipidemia, starting from the early stages of the
disease. Patients without signs of CKD also showed moderate lipid metabolism disorders. The findings emphasize the need for early diagnosis and correction of dyslipidemia for the prevention of cardiovascular complications.
2025-05-08T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British Viewhttps://britishview.co.uk/index.php/bv/article/view/333Exploring Temporal Units in Narrative Structure and Literary Representation2025-05-08T17:13:43+00:00Jumaniyazova Muxabbat Matrasulovnainfo@britishview.co.uk
This study explores the semantics of time by tracing the historical development and conceptualization of temporal units in natural languages. Time, as a universal yet abstract concept, is encoded through various linguistic structures such as tense, aspect, adverbs, and temporal expressions. The research
examines how different languages have evolved mechanisms to express time, focusing on the semantic shifts and grammaticalization processes that shape
temporal markers. By analyzing data from Indo-European, Turkic, and Altaic language families, this work highlights cross-linguistic similarities and differences in the representation of temporal categories such as past, present, and future. Special attention is given to the cultural and cognitive influences that drive the emergence and transformation of time-related lexemes. Through a diachronic and semantic lens, the paper aims to deepen our understanding of how language not only reflects but also structures our perception of time.
2025-05-08T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 British View
