Abstract
The article describes the important to identify the evolution of the assessment of quality management in enterprises and the specific features of the effectiveness of quality management. To withstand the competition, large firms around the world come together to choose advanced forms and methods of product quality management, linking them with the guarantee of sustainable product quality. The article develops proposals and recommendations for the development of specific features of quality management efficiency on the basis of a single approach.
