Abstract

The historical experience of implementing the stage of bringing the case to the court in a simplified form is analyzed in the article. Comments are made on the advantages and disadvantages of this institution regarding the initial forms of proceedings in a simplified manner. Also, information on the entry of the initial forms of proceedings into the criminal-procedural legislation and its evolution is presented in a simplified form.
