The article deals with the implementation of project management in the Republic of Uzbekistan. An analysis of world practice according to national and international standards is given. The problems connected with the power enterprises are considered. Proposals for the effective management of energy projects are given. The author's concept of a successful project is characterized. Proposals for the implementation of project management in companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan are given.
