The article describes the international legal regulation of combating crimes in the field of public procurement and the experience of foreign countries. Also, cases of violations of the law in the process of public procurement, legal mechanisms of responsibility for them were discussed, and a norm defining criminal responsibility for intentionally violating the procedure of public procurement was developed.
