Abstract

The article provides a scientific analysis of the offense of non-reporting or concealment of a crime and its composition. The attempts not to report the crime and hide it are explained. Having studied the opinions of a number of authors on this issue, proposals are made on the conditions for exemption from liability for concealment that was not promised in advance.
