Abstract
In this scientific article was justified that the most dangerous forms of transnational crimes are terrorism, corruption, human trafficking, illegal arms trade, illegal trade of human body parts, computer crime, crimes committed through drugs and psychotropic substances. Also, the differences between these crimes in terms of their level of danger, the method and mechanism of their commission are analyzed.
